Terrible company I cannot warn you enough to not use them. We are on oil auto delivery me and my boyfriend get home from work late Saturday night and realize we have no heat. Our landlord called button being told they can come out Monday. After calling button and being told by an operator we would get a call back in a hour. A call we never received. Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my furnace and they basically wrote me off. They were recommended to me but numerous people. I don't know why. Call anyone else.
Dealt with these folks for 7 years with few if any issues. This year we scheduled our annual service/cleaning to ensure we are I'm good shape for the winter. When the maintenance professional arrived my husband was occupied in the smallest room for the house (the one where you generally don't answer the phone).
