Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my furnace and they basically wrote me off. They were recommended to me but numerous people. I don't know why. Call anyone else.
Dealt with these folks for 7 years with few if any issues. This year we scheduled our annual service/cleaning to ensure we are I'm good shape for the winter. When the maintenance professional arrived my husband was occupied in the smallest room for the house (the one where you generally don't answer the phone). It's always a pleasure hearing Wendy's voice when I call. She's kind and helpful. I've been a customer of Paupack Fuel Oil for 3 years. It started because when I moved into a new home the previous home owners left the tank bone dry...and we were moving in during a snow storm in January!
