I could give this a -10 that’s where it belongs. This is a slumlord that has just remodeled the floors in these apartments and saying everything is remodeled there were pest to say the worst there was animal crap literally wall-to-wall outside there were wires hanging from outside the buildings, the electric from previous owners was never taken out of my name from previous owners. Well this is gonna hurt because of a lot of you guys out there might really like this spot or place but... Living here, was one of the worst experiences of my life. This is the first apartment I've ever lived in, and I literally lived right across the hall from Kelly the landlord. All the tenants on the bottom floor in the 2001 building are verbally abusive, they will threaten you if they dont like you in any way shape or form.
