Yesterday i called Dr Paulus office , The receptionist was nice , she gave me an appointment for today , Dr Paulus demonstrated professionalism with a friendly approach today. I'm looking at some of the reviews here, i'm very confused since my experience was great -

If possible, I wouldn’t even give this Doctor a star. First of all he needs to RETIRE. He totally botched up my father’s prostate surgery and my father suffered needless pain. Also, my father had to do the surgery again in less than a year because Dr. Paulus did such a poor job. Never mind the very rude receptionist and lack of care by the entire office. The experience overall was completely terrible!! Avoid if you can!!

I was pleasantly greeted at Dr.Paulus office, the male secretary was very nice, personable and Dr.Paulis was very personable n polite, it was a good experience

Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get ahold of anyone in this office unless you call ALL DAY and maybe by the 5th or 6th hour someone MIGHT answer. My son has a procedure in 48 hours and we have not a clue what time he is supposed to be having this procedure, no details at all. have been calling the office 2 days now and nothing and no options to leave voicemails.

Been phoning this office for more than an hour! Its ridiculous that they never answer! Started phoning them at 9:30am and it is already 10:45 still no one cares to answer! Still on the phone calling for 2 hrs already!
