I had a phone consultation with this physician that left me feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and at times spoken down to. From the start, I didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously. He does not know how to treat patients, he took 4 months for kidney stone treatment still stone is not gone from kidney, he takes lot of time to schedule appointments. Gives very generic answers,whatever questions we ask he will say I don’t know

Yesterday i called Dr Paulus office , The receptionist was nice , she gave me an appointment for today , Dr Paulus demonstrated professionalism with a friendly approach today. I'm looking at some of the reviews here, i'm very confused since my experience was great -

If possible, I wouldn’t even give this Doctor a star. First of all he needs to RETIRE. He totally botched up my father’s prostate surgery and my father suffered needless pain. Also, my father had to do the surgery again in less than a year because Dr. Paulus did such a poor job. Never mind the very rude receptionist and lack of care by the entire office. The experience overall was completely terrible!! Avoid if you can!!

I was pleasantly greeted at Dr.Paulus office, the male secretary was very nice, personable and Dr.Paulis was very personable n polite, it was a good experience
