past customer Ray F. Your review is a planted review that has obviously been written as an advertisment ploy.Think....how would a normal customer assuming w/a car or lite truck,know what weight or class tow trucks you have available.It's just not the wording a customer would be using to give a company an atta boy review .IT'S JUST NOT BELEIVABLE. Try again, Even though you shouldn't have to.

Horrendous Customer Service – Had to get my car picked up to donate to charity. Was asked to call back the number. I tried for 10 minutes before reaching them. When I mentioned this to the owner, he told me the number was so busy because they were very popular. When I asked why they could not at least keep a voice mail on the number, I was told "We do have another number but we prefer to give this so our customers cannot disturb us at odd hours". Treated like a criminal. Received some rather rough treatment once it was determined that my vehicle insurance did not cover towing. Would not accept my credit card, cash only, and the hourly rates were very, very high. Felt like I'd been mugged.

great company This has to be one of the best towing companies around. They use great care and expertise in their work and use all their safety equipment (chains, straps, etc.) properly.
