Called his office twice over a five day period to do an aviation medical exam for my son. no call. No email no contact whatsoever both times. How do they stay in business if they’re not contacting new clients after they’ve contacted them.

Just called to inquire about becoming a new patient. When I asked the woman on the phone her name because she did not give her name when answering the phone, she got defensive immediately and rudely said to me, " Well what is your name?". Who did she think I was, the FBI for goodness sake? When I gave her my name and asked her again for her name, she would not give her name. Dr Paul is very friendly, he came out to the waiting area to meet me and shake my hand. I was seen immediately my paperwork was finished. Dr Paul and the staff are efficient and took care of my needs.

I was pleasantly surprised when I witnessed Dr. Paul walk around the waiting room to make sure everyone was waiting comfortably. The office is busy (it is an urgent care/walk in facility) but it's an environment where you can tell the office cares for everyone who walks in their door. When I told him I admired his patient care, he told me, Although I am happy to see you, I know you are not happy to be here. He understands the vulnerability of those who need medical care & does his best to help

Quality Doctors These people showed that they actually care. I have had an illness that has been brushed off by other doctors since I was little. I am now 32 and am finally getting the care I need! They are not only caring, they are intelligent, up-to-date on the latest medicine and have all the equipment one might need when they go in there.

I had walking Pneumonia last summer. What a difference in dealing with Dr.Paul and his staff made ! They hardly ever made me wait. I had to go several times, so I can tell you how pleasant they were to me. They helped me to get well and didn't charge me an arm and a leg because I needed the treatments and had no insurance.

Finally! I have suffered with athsma since I was about 18. I am now 40. I used to spend the entire fall and winter sick and having toruble breathing. Not until Dr K and the wonderful staff took a sincere interest in my health and worked with me to try different solutions did my athsma get under control. I miss way less work now. My insurance does not cover them, but I STILL go there, they are THAT good. This is a no-frills dr's office but they will get you well and not charge too much!
