I have to vehemently agree with his collection of raving reviews. Cody was knowledgeable and kind and went through everything with me. Not once dipping into the legalese he could have. Although I would have comfortably followed loving to exchange colloquialisms, the kind grace and effort he conducted himself with to insure anyone could comprehend what they were being told was not lost upon me either. Over this last year I have had 3 different attorneys now. It got to the point where I just wanted to represent myself and hope for the best. I’m not saying I thought I was going to prison, but I did spend a solid weekend Googling “what to pack for prison” before I called Cody. Turns out that was overkill. My cellmate fantasy never got past “cellmate.” Cody handled my case with the calm energy of a man who has personally seen every bad decision a human can make and is simply no longer impressed by any of them.
