We had a check engine light come on 2 hours from home. Pauls got us in when nobody else could and even gave us a curtousy vehicle to drive around while they fixed ours. Thank you thank you! You guys rock!

I am on a road trip and had engine trouble when I got to Baker City. Paul’s was the only place in town that could run diagnostics for me on short notice. Excellent service and friendly staff!

We recently had our boat worked on here, the engine was not running correctly and in the middle of summer boat season, that was frustrating. We heard through the Baker grapevine that Paul's worked on boats. With an extremely quick turn around, our boat is running perfectly! We are very happy with the service we received! I was traveling through Baker City when my A/C began failing to cool. I showed up at Paul's. They immediately assigned a tech to evaluate my car's problem. They resolved my problem without charge. I guess the A/C was freezing. I really appreciated the way they took my problem right away and were honest with me. I highly recommend them.

This place was a lifesaver. Our fuel pump died on the way home to Washington. We called around and other mechanics were booked out but several suggested we contact Paul's (it tells you something when your competition recommends your business). Paul's accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts from Portland and fit us into their schedule right away. They did so without gouging us and taking advantage of the fact we were stranded.
