Honest people excellent service. Transmission broke and Didn’t have a car and he let me use a minivan for free with my dog. 10 stars
Went above and beyond what was required! Kind, helpful, great service! I was visiting with extended family and so four kids under 5 yrs. old were with me. The check engine light came on my van just a few miles from our destination, Baker City, Oregon. I took the group to drop off the van. Randy and his staff were willing to get my van looked at immediately. They fixed the problem by replacing the thermostat and while doing so noticed the poor state of our tires. My svc engine soon light was coming on so I took my SUV to Paul's and after a obd scan they determined it was the thermostat. I used their loaner SUV for a couple hours while they replaced it and performed a coolant flush. Randy the shop lead was cool and the price was fair. I'll go back again for sure.
Randy and his guys were great to work with and went above and beyond to help me when my transmission went out while on vacation. I highly recommend Paul's to anyone in need of transmission work.
Broke down on busy highway at night. AAA had me towed here. Was worried if they were good/reputable even thou the tow guy, Jake, spoke highly of them. I talked with Randy in the am, who was so kind. He had to order a new radiator/thermostat, which meant us staying another night but he gave us a loaner car to use and even had one of his guys come in before the business opened, to fix our truck so we could get back on the road. Would highly recommend! Awesome place, awesome people.
