Randy, James and team really helped our family out in a jam on an out of state roadtrip trip - transmission failure at the very beginning of a 2 week trip can be hard to recover from. Fair price, honest communication, and highly recommended by everyone in town is just the beginning. They even loaned us a car so we weren’t completely “stuck” in our camper for the week while awaiting the arrival of our new trans unit. Call Paul’s (Baker Auto Center) if you’re in need, they’ll take care of you.

Went above and beyond what was required! Kind, helpful, great service! I was visiting with extended family and so four kids under 5 yrs. old were with me. The check engine light came on my van just a few miles from our destination, Baker City, Oregon. I took the group to drop off the van. Randy and his staff were willing to get my van looked at immediately. They fixed the problem by replacing the thermostat and while doing so noticed the poor state of our tires. My svc engine soon light was coming on so I took my SUV to Paul's and after a obd scan they determined it was the thermostat. I used their loaner SUV for a couple hours while they replaced it and performed a coolant flush. Randy the shop lead was cool and the price was fair. I'll go back again for sure.
