Paul, is a very smart man...have a feeling the 1 star is a fellow mobile rv business...Paul has done this for over 30 years and has had only positive interactions and reviews, he knows the ins and outs of almost every single rv....10/10 would recommend Paul every time.
I have used Pauls RV on several occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. Paul is quick to the location and his prices are fair and his labor rates are very good. A+++ in my book.
Avoid this man if at all possible. did work for us, did it very badly and simply wrong and would not fix it, turned him into the BBB and he even brushed them off. I figure he cost us about $1,500.00 in all parts and labor. he is as bad as it gets when it comes to cust service. he was rude and I feel ripped us off. I have warned many people about him and have heard from about 8 other people who also felt that he did them wrong. on one item we bought he installed it wrong and it broke, he would not cover it, so when I contacte... read more
