D+ Rating Jeff Pierce now owner of this roofing company is rude, hung up on me when I text him pictures of the shoddy job that was done putting my air conditioners back together after a recoat on my roof. My AC installer came out at my request, as I was having an issue with noise and vibration, he took pictures and told me why I was having problems. I of course relayed this to Jeff Pierce. Worked with Jeff. He's not a talker, but he came out promptly, provided a professional quote and a great price. Work was completed on schedule and no mess. Will keep their number for all future roofing issues
While I didn't use this business directly, my neighbor did. This morning they backed a trailer into my neighbors driveway which blocked ours. So my mom poked her head out the door and said, "can you make sure we can get out. We are leaving for work very soon." The guys reaction and snappy tone was enough for me to never do business with Paul's roofing. No one wants a contractor with an attitude. It's common sense. Don't block driveways with cars in them, and if you do be polite.
The job was done fast and correct and the roof looks nice. The customer service was terrible. Jeff gave me one day notice to when they would start, I was out of town and could not provide a downpayment so he took my card information but didn't remind me he would charge extra for it, did not provide an updated quote, it took 3 week to provide final invoice, and didn't offer to pay for the AC seal that I had to have repaired. Good work on the shingle roof, but I wouldn't use again.
