Simply AMAZING, I was the victim of a road rage incident when an angry driver rammed my truck on purpose. My insurance company recommended Pauls collision. Turns out that was the best decision to make a bad day better. I as a Quality inspector for Ford Motor Co. for over 20 years and I have to say the work on my truck with Fit and finish and just all around quality work is nothing short of Amazing. Paul’s Collision took great care of me. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. They kept me informed every step of the way. Another driver hit my car, and my insurance gave me incorrect information about the insurance process that would have cost me a lot of money. Thankfully, the staff at Paul’s gave me correct information and helped me navigate the insurance process. They also repaired my car perfectly. I recommend Paul’s thousand times over.
Professional, honest, timely, communicative with accurate pricing! Getting into an accident with your vehicle is always a stressful time. But, this company eased my stress from start to finish. I could not have picked a better company to get my Jeep back on the road! A 10/10 - without a doubt!
From the start of walking in to schedule my vehicle’s drop off for repair, all the way to the pickup when it was finished, the atmosphere to the receptionist, to the employees that walked by, very warm and welcoming..
