I called Paul's because my pool/spa heater was not working. They came on time, diagnosed the problem right away and were able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable price I definitely recommend Paul's Pool Magic.

I have regular service with PPM. They do a great job and I never have to worry about them. I just enjoy my pool, they take care of the rest.

Paul and Mike are reliable, honest and guarantee their work. They installed a simple ignighter switch for 250$ incl labor and even deducted the 75$ service estimate fed from the work. 175$ net. My friend and electrician wanted 2,800 to replace the unit? Love these guys! 10+

A rare find. I knew my pool was not leaking but I was losing water when the pump ran. I have no overflow or backwash lines. I was certain plumbing. I knew spa leaked but I assumed bad check valves and was going back to pool. They could have done unnecessary tests on pipe and racked up the cost but he was straight with me, showed me leak coming from spa and even spent time with me showing me how all my valves work so I could manipulate them and use my pool in the meantime. Words alone can not express my gratification for these guys. I had another company, refurbish my pool. Re-plaster, re-tile, and install new equipment and some plumbing. DE kept piling up in my spa and polluting my pool. I contacted the company that did the overhaul and, they sent someone out to check out the filter. This Pentair guy, did all he could. I had a leak around my in ground valves of an old Anthony pool. I had contacted some other pool service companies and they all stated they would have to have a leak detection company check first at a cost of over $400.00. I found Paul and his company on line and gave him a call. Paul called back that day, we talked on the phone and the next day he and Mike stopped by. What a difference a year makes. Paul's company has been servicing our pool weekly. It is no longer a green, murky mess. I just wish we had found him sooner. He knows his business and is very professional as well as those who work for him. No more costly trips to the local pool supply store - Paul takes care of everything. My spa was draining into my pool every night when the filter was shut off. I called a couple of pool repair companies and no one could help me or give me any suggestions.
