When it got really cold this winter my mom's boiler stopped working. She called Paul's Plumbing. Paul, the owner, did come out in a timely manner but when it looked at her boiler which is 12 years old and said she needed a new heat exchanger and then he disconnected the gas line so it couldn't be run and left with her without heat when it was about 10 degrees outside. He charged her $340. I called the plumber who installed the boiler and he has it cleaned up, reset with tech support, running and put back together in 2 hours.... read more
My heater went out and another company I had called blew me off. I was freezing in my house and called Paul's Heating. Ray came out and diagnosed my furnace within minutes, found a short in the wiring, and replaced both my old thermostats. He came back the next morning and checked to make sure it worked properly and finished servicing my heating unit. It was a bit pricy but that was on me. Great professional crew very well oriented and very knowledgeable when it came time to replace my water heater and boiler. They worked very hard to make sure I was 100% satisfied with not only the new system but also the price.
Paul doesn't even bother to call to say he is running over an hour late. After I call him, he says he doesn't know when he can get to my home. Not exactly professional.
