I was contacted by a plumbing company in Tucson about a special to flush my water heater and do a safety inspection for 89.99. Paul's Plumbers has helped us with several plumbing jobs over time, and the service has always been excellent. Stanley has been available during evening hours and even on Saturday mornings when we had an urgent plumbing issue. Paul's Plumbers is a great plumbing company with honest people who do the job the right way. I've used them twice, first to replace a tankless water heater and more recently to repair another tankless unit after another plumber suggested a full replacement at a very high cost. Instead, they properly diagnosed the problem and fixed it by replacing just two parts, which saved a lot of money and made much more sense. Dustin and his crew were real lifesavers. We had a bad sewer smell in the house and could not figure out where it was coming from. After two service visits, Paul's Plumbers carefully checked everything, found the problem, and fixed it. The issue was a vent line that had been ended in the wrong spot below the roof, which was causing the odor to drift back inside.
