In the past month, I have been to Black Dog Salvage in Roanoke VA, Silver Fox in Albany NY and Paul's Place in Richmond VA. All were good places to find old things but Paul's Place is exceptional and the prices are GREAT and service cannot be beat. I found everything I needed for our old house at Paul's place. Sanford and Son meets historic preservation. Wear your grimies, bring your gloves and putter around the yard to your heart's content. You will find a carload and wish you had a trailer for everything else you loved. Oh yeah, Paul probably has a few of those tucked away somewhere, too!
