This company is extremely unprofessional. They are a joke. They schedule you for a specific time and come at a different one. They had my account for several years and still have the wrong address (after correcting every single time). Technicians just do quick fixes, the termites ALWAYS come back. I called the manager Michelle Hanna to complain and she is horribly rude and unprofessional too. When I complained to her about the time and address they scheduled wrong she blamed it on the daughter's owner. Stay away from this co... read more
