I love your food but there's been several times that I've called to put in an order for pickup and your line has been busy for over 20 minutes. Make sure you hang up your phone. It's very frustrating.
The food and service were excellent! We went a little bit later than usual, 1:00 pm, and it worked out great. We didn’t have a wait to be seated.
I wasn’t going to write a review even after it popped up on my Facebook, I’ve been going to Paul’s since I can remember. There greatness is comfortable and just part of home. I think Paul's was amazing great service, love the food !!!
Once our food came it was excellent. BUT!!! we waited literally 20 minutes before we finally went up and asked if we could be waited on. Then came the rude old lady. She acted as if we were a bother. Then she chastised my mom for making a mess on the floor when In fact it was the toddler that was there before us that made the mess on the floor
Its called Paul's Pancake Parlour. PANCAKE!! Stick to that. They were good. Your hash browns tasted like Insta mash mix. Your coffee watered down. Syrup was even watered down. I've never known anyone to fuck up a Sunnyside up egg!!!? The country fried steak was store bought from Albertsons. IHOP and dennys has you beat with all this. At least when you complain about food at those places, they make it right, not just walk away. Maybe on a slow day I would recommend this. Busy busy, hell no, ill never go again.
