I have been in this "shop" a couple times and nobody ever seems to want to help me, and when they do it seems they have a bad attitude. It is no different contacting them by phone. I will shop elswhere.
Paul's is a friendly store but, they lack communication to there customers. I ordered and prepaid for a part on Jan 14th 2011 and as of Feb 2nd I have had no returned phone call after leaving several messages, no follow up phone call regarding the status of my part. I have made all the effort to communicate from; calling them and talking to someone live and had personally came to there store and they still had no answer regarding the part and where it is.
