Paul's was started in 1976 by Darryl and Christine Paul in a two stall garage at their home. In 1977 they moved the business to it's current location. Back then Paul's carried Gravely, Snapper, and Simplicity equipment. These three lines are all still carried at Paul's today, along with Ferris, Scag, Honda, and Echo. The business remained in its original building until February of 1988 when a fire destroyed the original building. Bought my walk behind Honda mower from Paul’s about 10 years ago and have had the yearly maintenance ever since- still starts and runs like a champ. Never had an issue.
Talked a little bit with both Tom and Greg before purchasing a Scag Liberty mower, and they were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding service, no pressure sales whatsoever, and I absolutely love the mower so far. Used it three times here at the end of the season, and the cut is SOOOO much better than the cut I got with my old mower. Very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend. I'm from North Canton, but it was worth the drive.
Never deal with this lawn company. They CRIMELY broke my clutch part on gravely tractor and charged me for the damage plus the 15% restocking fee for parts they never took off the shelf. The worst company to ever deal with ever and I've done lawn work for 30 years.
Great customer service. I talked to a couple different employees and all were very helpful. No pressure to buy. Amazing price for a Husqvarna Z254 and they were able to have it ready for me the very next day, rather than going to Lowe's and waiting weeks for them to order one. And their delivery price was very affordable as well. I will definitely return for any major lawn and garden needs in the future.

This is where we purchased our first (& still only) zero-turn mower. They knew what our budget was & didn't try to pressure us into buying more mower than we could afford. That was Very important to us. And, we followed their advice re routine maintenance during the off season, esp in those early years. We freely recommend them to others!
