This review is way over due. We have been bringing our cars to Freddy at Paul’s Japanese Motors for the past several years! We can’t rave enough how amazing, honest, and competent Freddy and his staff are! They are all so kind and patient in explaining details about your car. They never up sell services. Freddy and Terry seriously couldn't be more honest or understanding of my situation. I have an 07 Civic (good but old car) that has had a lasting and horrible electrical issue that nobody wanted to touch. Freddy was not only quick to jump on it, but he also worked with me on pricing for the job as it had already been done 2 previous times without success (my fault not theirs). I could not be more satisfied with these guys seriously.
Freddy is the absolute GOAT. Such a nice and honest dude. He felt bad for me after I put in 3 alternators in a short period and is looking out for me. Much appreciated and cannot recommend enough!!
The crew at Paul's Auto are great, very knowledgeable of Japanese cars and honest. They have serviced and repaired my Lexus and Toyota without any further issues. Highly recommended!
