Brought my Subaru in because the check engine light was flashing- 2 hour diagnostic charge,the shop said they checked with Subaru techs. And it would cost me $13,000+ to fix because I needed a new engine— I brought it to tri city Subaru— and wala. $1000+. For a new computer—- I put it on his Facebook page- he took it down , messaged me ( while I was at work). I responded, then he took himself off messenger so I couldn’t continue the chat——- doesn’t seem to have a lot of integrity to me😡🤬😡

Brought my car to Paul's Integrity Auto Repair for brake and wheel bearing problems that dealership where i bought it Key Buick GMC could not figure out, Pauls dianosed the problem, called me to inform me, and within a few hours had my Ford Explorer back running like new, thank you Paul and crew👍
I needed an engine replacement and I needed it fast, not only was the price fair, he completed the work 2 days earlier than I was originally quoted. He's responsive, clear, upfront and kind ... do yourself a favor, call Paul ... you won't regret it!!
Paul’s integrity should be renamed Paul’s lack of integrity. This man has no morals . He try’s to sell you products that’s you don’t need and that’ your car manufacturer doesn’t evoked recommend for maintenance. This man over sells things that you do not need and the workmanship that he does is shoddy at best . And he doesn’t stand behind his workmanship. I arrived at Paul's today in a panic, with my car making a dreadful noise. I didn't have an appointment but they got my car in asap and even stayed past closing time to make sure my car was all fixed and safe to drive. I am so grateful! I definitely recommend them! 👍👍👍👍
I have used Paul’s services for maintenance of my vehicle a couple of times now and feel like I’m dealing with an honest and friendly businessman. Paul wrote up a very clear estimate for me of work that I pretty much knew my car needed and he went over it in detail with me. The costs seem fair and reasonable. I’m going to keep coming back.
