The technician arrived in a timely manner calling ahead to say he was on the way. He assessed the problem, told me his plan for addressing it, got the problem fixed and then demonstrated how the problem got resolved. He made concrete recommendations for things to do to prevent the problem from happening again, asked if I had any questions and addressed those to my satisfaction and then was on his way. I was very satisfied with his service.
