A huge thank you to Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning for their quick and very reasonable service. Our furnace went out during this cold spell while my infant son has been very sick. Paul's sent a service person out right away and had a new furnace in the next day. They gave us a great deal, were so easy to work with and had everything installed quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our friends at Paul's and highly recommend them!
We recently purchased a Lennix furnace/air conditioner for our home. We are very please with the high quality of the product and all all of the staff that we had contact with. The person who gave us the bid, the office staff, the installment staff, and the billing staff for all outstanding. The installment staff seemed to enjoy their work and worked well together to be efficient. The place was neat as a pin when they left and they offered to come back and help us if we needed anything. Great service!

Had my furnace serviced and almost had a heart attack when I got the bill in the mail. Paul's charged me $547.09 for a part that cost $199.00 to buy online. The initial bill also had a $90 additional charge on top of that too (total bill $672.13, but ultimately they did take the $90 "diagnostic" fee off when I expressed my dismay). Sure, I might expect 100% mark up on a furnace part as part of business but this was over the top.
