I ordered a mothersday bouquet for my mom, and paid over $100 for something that looked nothing like the photos advertised. The arrangement we received was much smaller, less full, and honestly looked cheaply put together compared to what was shown. Some of the flowers looked brown and basically dead. To make matters worse, the employee at pickup was quite rude and dismissive. We understand small substitutions happen with flowers, but this bouquet was completely misleading for the price. Definitely won’t order again.

Paul’s Flowers did an absolutely amazing job for my small wedding and they had great ideas for some final touches at the venue. Mary-Kate was awesome to work with and set up the flowers beautifully! So happy with how it turned out!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Paid $100 for a delivered bouquet. Looked nothing like pictures or description online, very bare. Flowers all died within 4-5 days. I reached out many times and was told someone would look into it and no one ever did. Very disappointed in the horrible service, will not be back ever especially when you ignore complaints.

We recently purchased a Valentine’s Day bouquet and chocolates to be delivered to our daughter in charlottetown as We now reside in NS. I must say we are thrilled at how beautiful they are!! Arrived on time and what I thought was a plain box of chocolates ended up being a lovely collection of chocolates locally from COWs. You can’t beat that! Well done very impressed and will definitely purchase from and recommend your business!!
