I spoke to Paul about what I thought was a circuit board problem; he's the man. Based on his feed back it turned out the problem had nothing to do with the board. I was able to correct the issue with my microwave, after hanging up with him. Paul saved me a load of money with out any incurred charges. He will be the person that I will go to for any future electronic problems. Thanks again Paul.

Paul responded to a warranty issue service-ticket from LG,for a brand-new LG gas dryer we purchased. Needless to say, we were frustrated by this expensive new dryer not working right outside of the box. Paul was prompt to call us and work with our schedule for an appt time. He came exactly when scheduled, was on time, was very polite and went straight to work. Great service, clear communication about when parts were coming in and time when he would be available. Very informative on trouble with dryer. I'll definitely call him again for service in the future.
