Please make sure your receptionist is treating people like human beings, she is very rude and hard to deal with, she is the face of your company and makes you all look very unprofessional, she has no intention on working with customers to get cars off of the yard no one will want to do business with someone who has an attitude like that

I have used Paul's for years for all of our towing needs. Recently had to have some collision work done as some road debris was thrown up by another vehicle and took a good sized chunk out of my bumper. Dropped it off, they took me home and a few hours later picked me up again to get it. Beautiful job, the new bumper matched perfectly. You'd never know it wasn't the original!
