Trek, Raleigh, Scott, Santa Cruz, Brompton, Dahon, Surley, Soma bicycles. We serve all cyclists and especially daily bicycle commuters and competitive bicycle athletes. Our staff are all bicycle lovers and daily riders. Most of our staff have 10 plus years of experience in bicycle repairs and retailing, and many have received our incredibly rigorous master mechanic certification.

Not sure where to start with my kudos for BWOL- Alder and specifically the exceptional service I received from Connor. Suffice it to say that I called with a difficult issue that required a parts order from SRAM and of course I was in a rush. Connor latched on like a bulldog and wasn't satisfied until my bike was fixed and I was back on the road!! Thanks for everything guys, I'll pass along recommendations for your shop every chance I get. Cheers!
Came in 45 mins before closing and Austin hooked me right back up in no time with extra tuning on er..Definitely recommend, place is bomb diggity.
Absolutely excellent service. Very knowledgeable staff. Connor was especially helpful answering my 101 questions, thank you for your patience and time you spent helping me choose an awesome bike! Alex & Connor both made sure the bike I bought was fitted correctly and I couldn't be happier!
