I just bought a small item (adapters to put bar ends on my Trek 730), but the staff was helpful (as has always been my experience here) and recommended the right parts and promptly got them in.

I was at the Charnelton location this morning with a friend to have his bike repaired, for a bike that needed a new chain...we did not know this before arriving. The store was quite busy, it being a Sunday morning!! I would just like to say the service was great, and Austin is blessed with a unique sense of humor!! Just wanted to give a shout out to the employees at bicycle way of life. These folks have worked on all of my bikes for years and always do a great job at a great price. I took my Cannondale in for a derailer that could have cost me over 200 bucks and the guy found a defunct part in his misc. box and fixed mine for 10.00 dollars instead . Last week I took one in for a different issue with gears and he told me it could be a simple clog issue but it also could be the sprocket that could cost almost 100.
