I needed to have my brake cable connected and went to Bicyle Way of Life on Charnelton. Eugene has some fabulous bike shops, and this one even raised that bar! Expecting a long wait, I was delighted to be greeted by a friendly, helpful technician, who looked at my bike, reconnected my brake cable, even showed me how to quickly the cable next time. So grateful!
They were so sweet and accommodating with us showing up right before closing for a flat repair and seat install. Will definitely come back!
The service was outstanding. I’ve searched online for hours for disc brake pads for my mountain bike with no luck at all. I walked into the store and was greeted immediately by wonderful staff. Since I’m a returning customer I knew where to go. I made my way to the service desk. Within seconds of asking if they could help me, I had the parts needed and was headed back home.
