LOVE!! I bought my bike here, I have had some repairs in the past, as well as most recently just came in to see if I could get some different tires on my bike. Everyone who was working that day we interacted with in some capacity, just because of the general welcome each employee provides. They all see interested to talk to me and extremely helpful but not overly sweet like they might be trying to sell me something. Man, I wish I lived in Eugene and could have this be my go-to bike shop! I ordered a bike online that I had trouble finding in my home state, and on my road trip was able to pick up my bike, and Jeff and his team were so friendly and helpful and talked me through how to maintain tubeless tires (I'm a noob)! Highly recommend. Also, an INSANE inventory of bikes, more than I usually see in a bike shop!
I had an excellent experience here. I’m not a much of a bicyclist and Matt was very kind and spent a lot of time helping me get familiar with some unique aspects of the quick release for my bike so that I could get it into my car. Thank you so much.
