I’ve been shopping at Paul’s Beauty Warehouse for over 10 years and have always had positive experiences. This was my first issue. On December 12, 2025, I purchased a 3/10” flat iron. After using it once, I realized it wasn’t a good fit for me or my clients due to the grip and performance. When I returned to the store a few days later hoping to exchange it, I was initially told that an exchange wasn’t possible since it had been used.
