Helpful, knowledgeable, honest.
OMG went in to view an SUV, was treated very kindly, was not pressured to buy anything, was left to openly browse at my leisure and had my questions answered efficiently. Was offered and took a pressureless test drive of a vehicle. Prices on most vehicles were surprisingly very reasonable. Although we did not finance the purchase process went amazingly fast. After being turned down for financing all over Oregon , Paul's Auto Sales was not only able to get me in a vehicle but they got me in one that I love and can be proud of. Some other dealers wanted me to buy inferior , dented vehicles. Ken is great to work with. I definitely recommend Paul's!!
I would Not recommend this place. Shotty repairs and unprofessional screwed up paperwork AND tittle showing a lean holder in which we paid cash and got a refusal to pay for a correct tittle. NOT professional. Do not buy there.
