I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone, it went to voicemail. That being said, my car had just broken down so even getting their vm helped me feel productive at the time
They were able to find my granddaughter's car and bring it and save the few things that the thieves didn't take. Very kind people. Very very kind
This review is not for me, but for a sweet lady friend whose transmission went out this evening on 24 Hwy. She called Paul's to tow it home on Noland Rd. I am a neighbor of hers and saw the tow truck. A vehicle needed to be moved so that he could drop the vehicle. Then he complained about where he was asked to drop the vehicle, which was unreasonable because he had PLENTY of room to maneuver the tow truck. They're on the pricey side but good customer service and they get the job done and at the end of the day that's what matters.
