Have called so many times with issues with my walkin cooler.and it always is something different with 2 contractors replaced which we have paid for., low pressure switch recover system recovered an . reinstalled always some issue somethinng different stear clear of this company they are.a.total rip off.
Tanner did an awesome job and worked hard to get a new heat pump and also fix our auxiliary heater. He also is repairing the ductwork that was so old it came apart. I would choose Paul’s AirFX absolutely any time.
Same day service on our gas fireplace that was not working. Thank you for a great job.
Technicians decided to use a jig saw/ saws all instead of a large hole saw leaving jagged unfinished looking work in the drywall in multiple places, they also didn’t measure when putting in the holes so they compensated by making an “S” with 3-4 combinations when the holes didn’t line up ( they were off by apprx 10”… When I reached out for a fix, my appointment was cancelled by the owner and he told his secretary to tell me to “take your business elsewhere”. Absolutely amazing. Great communication, great customer service, and great follow-through. Very knowledgably and do not try to upsell you. They work by the hour and not by the job, so the price does not change as they work. Some companies do work by the job and each item they work on adds to the bill.
