Technicians decided to use a jig saw/ saws all instead of a large hole saw leaving jagged unfinished looking work in the drywall in multiple places, they also didn’t measure when putting in the holes so they compensated by making an “S” with 3-4 combinations when the holes didn’t line up ( they were off by apprx 10”… When I reached out for a fix, my appointment was cancelled by the owner and he told his secretary to tell me to “take your business elsewhere”. Absolutely amazing. Great communication, great customer service, and great follow-through. Very knowledgably and do not try to upsell you. They work by the hour and not by the job, so the price does not change as they work. Some companies do work by the job and each item they work on adds to the bill. The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough — he found a refrigerant leak and had it repaired the same day.
