After getting ripped off by the General, we switched to Paul’s A/C. They are reputable, do a great job, and don’t constantly try to upsell us on things we don’t need. The tech Jay is great. He follows up on things and helps troubleshoot problems.

Had Paul's come for my pre-summer tune up. They told me everything looked great so I paid for that visit and the 2nd session "free" for a discount. But within a month my air conditioner wasn't working. Called K C's a/c who took pictures of the mess, and fixed it for over $800. Showed me the fixed photos too, much better. The guy Paul's sent obviously did nothing! And it works thankfully, no thanks to Paul's. Called the office to ask for a refund for my 2nd session and was denied. This company was amazing and probably one of the best experiences in terms of a service company – – we had two AC problems and one was through warranty, which was a disaster because of the useless HVAC company however, Paul’s air conditioning was able to book an appointment the same day and fix the second unit in less than 15 minutes by changing a capacitor.
