I can't say enough good things about Dr. Paulomi Desai. Like most people I had a fear of dentists. In my younger years when I lived in Philadelphia I went from dentist to dentist with never ending problems because I didn't have insurance and was financially strapped. If I didn't have the financial means, the tooth was pulled, which caused so many more problems with my mouth as I became older.
