Misleading in terms of claiming to be in-network with PPO dental insurance companies. I was told by the patient care coordinator that Dr. Desai accepted my United Concordia PPO insurance, only for me to get a bill for $200 later from my company saying that I had in-fact seen an out-of-network insurance company. Plus I was "prescribed" an aggressive treatment plan for dental root scaling and planing for $1100 in cash up-front without any pre-authorization from insurance or a good faith estimate of what I'd pay.
