The dentist is continuously up charging, an example is X-rays- Paulo insists on full mouth X-rays (this is something that is allowed once every 5 years). They will tell you if something like a crown or filling needs to be done right now and not to wait. So they are on the pushy side. I have overheard the dentist say to other patients that they have to have the work done now that it can’t wait. The dentist and staff are very friendly. But I have noticed that they over charge and charge for x-rays that insurance doesn't cover. They word it like it is something you need or they can't see the problem. This happened both to my son and my husband. The following year my husband never made an appointment for a cleaning. They had text him saying he had an appointment for a cleaning. When he showed up they said it would be $225 for the cleaning and never told him beforehand that he was at the max for the year. Came here Wed 9.17.25 Dr Cortes and his crew are Bar None the BEST and SHARPEST ive seen in this industry! I was a first time new patient and in dreadful pain with a jaw and toothache condition and Dr Cortes even took me on almost closing time at the end of the day and even worked overtime for me. His passion for his work shines 110% and his crew. My shopping for a GREAT dental office stops here. Thk U Dr Cortes and crew, U guys are simply the BEST!
Dr. Cortes and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He and his entire staff are warm, friendly and very efficient. Most importantly, I found Dr. Cortes to be extremely knowledgeable and gifted at articulating what options I have with regard to my treatment and answering my questions and concerns. I only wish I wasn't limited to 5 stars, I would give he and his office staff 10 stars if I could!
