Been having some shoulder pain for a few weeks now. Decided to wait until after the ironman to go. Found out I've been working with a gimpy right side. A few things way out of alignment. After 20 mins Andy Paull has me able to actually lift my arm with minimal pain. I swear by his practice. 5 stars in my book.
