I recently called Paulk's Service for a quote to replace a unit. They said let us take a look at it before we go ahead and replace it, they spent 3 hours on site systematically isolating and troubleshooting an electrical fault in the system and saved me thousands of dollars in not replacing the system yet. The cost was reasonable and commensurate with the work done and was the best technician troubleshooting that I have seen in the area. I will be a repeat customer!
