I’ve been going to Dr. Paulk for 20 years. I was so doctor-phobic, but he and his staff made me feel like family. He has olde timey doctoring care and commitment mixed with top of the top education and knowledge. He selects and teaches med students sending them off with the same kind of roots. He’s a deep part of my life journey as are members of the office.
Searching for a new PCP, I attempted to call and make an initial appointment. I listened to hold music for 15 min at 10AM before hanging up. No website or alternate method of making of contact. With this initial experience, I couldn’t imagine choosing them as a PCP. Admin and backoff elements are a significant aspect of overall experience.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kirk Paulk and the entire team at Sanus Medical. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt genuinely cared for and respected.
