My family and I took our cars to Chuck for years, but in the past few months it’s really gone downhill. He incorrectly diagnosed my truck, told me an expensive part was broken when it wasn’t. He ordered/replaced good parts instead of diagnosing fully like I had asked, and just recently quoted me 2.5 hours for a 30min job at most. He no longer picks up the phone when I call and hasn’t responded to the messages I’ve left.
