Out of the two times I have been to Paulin's in South Portland, they have been so generous, hospitable, and have gone out of their way to help me. Through an appointment they got my 2002 Nissan Xterra XE in for a power steering pump replacement and had it done by the end of the day. Just recently I got into a small fender bender with my roommate's car and had to have the front grill of his vehicle replaced. Friendly staff - Scott, the guy who runs the bookings and appointments, is great and will do whatever needs to be done to make sure everyone is helped! They have an oil change rewards program I use too. Great people, great service.
My car needed exhaust repair, and in a pinch I went to Meineke. The quote I was given was outrageous! I’m now realizing that’s what you get for not supporting local— On a whim, I decided to swing into Paulins to see what they could do. Scott was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and took me in right away.
