I say 5 stars and my dog did not even get her nails trimmed. My dog is large and hyper-doesn't like her nails getting trimmed but I didn't think it would be a huge issue. Well, it was. It turned bad fast because she was not having it at all. The entire staff handled the situation professionally and gave me some very good advice on how to help her. Took my Doberman here as a walk-in to get her nails trimmed. She was in and out within like 5 minutes!! And they gave her a cookie and a cute little bandana! Will definitely be back!!
Absolute best place in town. Not only do I love Christina the groomer but Laura and Cathy at the front are hands down the nicest people that I ever met You feel like family when you walk in there. I will never go any where else with my 3 Babies

I've been going to miss Pauline for years for Tia & Chanel my teacup Yorkies she does absolute fabulous job her and her staff are absolutely wonderful 💗🐾💗🐾
The Worst for my 2 champion pekingese....plus one left with a severe eye infection that was reported and ignored...had to call again and spoke to "mr. pauline" who is denying any responsibility to the eye infection happening at the time....claims his employees saw the infection reported it to me and continued to groom (if thats what you call it) the little girl...now dont you think as an owner you would remember that your baby had an infection and let them groom a dog in spite of the risk you would put her in??? We’re sorry that she is having a problem with her dog’s eye. When she dropped off the dog and spoke to the groomer, she was told that there was something wrong with an eye. She says now that there was nothing wrong with the eye when it was dropped off.…See More
