The service we paid for wasn’t good at all, pedicure lasted for only 7mins long since the girl they had to do the job didn’t know what she was doing. Bad customer service and waste of money.
I’ve been going here for years, lovely decor, awesome friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they always do a great job on my nails. And their nail art is great, flowers, Disney etc! 💕. They did my mani/pedi for me and all of my bridesmaids too, just love this place!

Always stellar service here! The price is a bit higher than your average corner nail shop but the environment is much nicer and the service is fantastic and very worth every penny!
I went to Sky Nails by Fred Meyer first, and wasn’t even acknowledged. So my daughter and I left and I called Pauline’s. I asked if they had time to squeeze in an adult and child’s mani/pedis, and they said to come on in, on a Sunday nonetheless. We were able to get sat in their little private room with the 2 pedicure chairs. Hannah did both of our nails and was very polite and sweet and had great conversation with my daughter.
