Dr. Yi should not have to work urgent care if she can’t be bothered to honor when someone actually calls the office to say they are on the way. Receptionist said to get there by 8:40. It was 8:41 and they refused to open the door. I understand their days are long, but 1 minute when we called. The receptionist came out from the back door and said it was too late, I asked her to go ask the doctor and she came back 5 minutes later to say the doctor left. It was clearly a lie. Dr. Yi has been an incredible doctor for all my needs. I find her to be very personable. Now I have all my family members see Dr. Yi as their primiary doctor.
I saw Dr Yi today because I’ve been dealing w horrible stomach pains. She isn’t my usual Dr. The receptionist made the next day appt for me because it warranted it. Dr Yi walked into the room without even knocking which I found odd. Then she didn’t even look at me or say hello. She just sat down at her computer. After talking w her for - couldn’t have been more than 7 minutes she was like okay bloodwork x ray bye. Dr. Yi is the most amazing, sweet, and caring physician I have yet to meet. She is so thorough and goes above and beyond in every appointment I have with her. The best!!
Dr. Yi is well caring with her patient needs. Always listen your health concerns and explain how she will plan to treat. After all exams, she will always follow up with MyChart or phone calls. I recommended to my son and closed friends, they are all happy with her. SHE IS GREAT DOCTOR.
