She hides information, has no desire to help buyers. Just wants money. She tries to avoid having the buyers come look at the property so that they will just settle and lose earnest money. Property needed a $10,000+ repair that she conveniently left off the listing until we brought it up. DO NOT BUY FROM HER.
Best commercial Realtor I've ever interacted with! Most never answer the phone or call you back. Pauline answered our call and was very prompt in showing us the property. She was very patient in working with us and helped us through a zoning change. She was great all the way around. I'd absolutely refer people and use her again!
