Dr Pauline Siao and the rest of the care team at Encina are exceptional. Dr. Siao is extremely knowledgeable and warm. The care I get by her and her staff are a great comfort.
I highly recommend Dr. Pauline Siao. She and the staff at the Encina Practice are very responsive and on top of all health issues. The customer service is great, and it's nice to be able to get appointments and referrals without a long wait.
Pauline was extremely knowledgeable while being very personable and creating an engaging experience. While reviewing my results from my physical, Pauline took time to ask questions and provide feedback to my own questions. Pauline makes the doctors office a welcoming place. That’s not always easy to do!
While I generally do not like going to a doctor, any doctor, my visits with Dr. Scio are very different. i am always looking forward to go to see her. I found her very nice, pleasant and very knowledgeable in all aspects of medicine. She is always able and willing to answer all my questions. She shows interest in my lifestyle and cares about my wellbeing. She follows my visits with after hours calls and always keeps me informed about results of my tests and suggests proper treatments. I am happy to be her patient.
