Able to make a real connection with Dr. Pauline and resolve real life issues and healing. Not just text book talk but life experiences. Learning to be the best version of yourself.
If I could rate her less than 1 star I would, completely unprofessional. She was driving while talking on the phone with me for my appointments, multiple times. And to top it off, one of those times she was in the Starbucks drive through (and yes I know this because I asked her a question and she unmuted herself and I heard a secondary voice say, "here is your grande..". Additionally she never got my address and emergency contact during the appointments. Astonishing, truly.
Finally worked up the courage to talk to a therapist and after a couple of not at all helpful appointments, I make an appointment and then never hear from her again. Already struggling as it is and being ghosted by your therapist really makes you feel worse.
If you are unable to meet with your patients, you should not schedule appointments and then tell them at the time of your appointment that you are unable to meet because you are “at the airport.” Do you think I want to discuss my private health concerns with someone like this? Absolutely unprofessional, insensitive, and irresponsible.
Wish I read these reviews first! GENEVA is so GHETTTTOOO Im convinced these black women are using medical for financial gain. They get your intake and info and you NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. They don't take you or your mental health seriously.They gaslight. Don't send them ANY PERSONAL INFO. RUN !! THEY NEED THEIR LICENSES TAKEN! You can't find either of the sisters (Geneva or Paula LePierrot) on Psychology Today website. That's a red flag alone. Don't expect anyyyy communication whats ever.
