Dissapointing and unproffesional – I am a tenant residing at one of the buildings this company is overseeing. I have found the staff to be negligent towards the concerns of the residents regarding maintaining the units. Pauline Kemp, and Kinita Redmond repetitively do not answer voice mails or letters regarding crucial concerns of the tenants.
