Pauley was hired to install the Quantum Fiber in my neighborhood. The man who requested access to my backyard spoke perfect English but he was the only one that could. The Pauley workers constantly left their trash on my property, then killed a very expensive tree with their digging, and consistently accessed my backyard without my permission which I explained to the foreman was necessary each time. Alot of fake reviews on here from angery peoole. It's a cool place and super chill folks that's out there
Your truck and crew are blocking my access out of my garage, made no contact to warn me either, so I could move my vehicle. I understand you have to do work, but you could warn people before you block off their access in and out this is a dead-end alley. That is seriously the least you could do to be professional. Crew was rude when asked to move. "People Making a Difference." What a joke.
Not like you guys care about crappy reviews, obviously. They came to work on a power line outside of my house and blocked my driveway without any notification. When I called the manager (Teresa Hagen) to let her know what was happening she hung up on me and then forwarded every call after that to voicemail.
Worst experience. Pauley Construction was hired by Quantom Fiber to lay fiber in the neighborhood. First they came with no ID to the house to state they were going in the backyard and did not show any permitting. Then the workers did not schedule with the homeowners, while working in the neighbors yard they starting talking to my young children over the fence as well as staring at them, they nearly let the neighbors dogs out, broke through a locked gates, did not keep to the schedules they did happen to make, and broke the c... read more
