On Friday, June 7th, a subcontractor showed up at my home requesting to enter my back yard to run a line through my back yard in order to restore internet service for my neighbor on the street behind ours. These guys along with all of their subcontractors are horrible. They are the prime GC for the Quantum Fiber install in our neighborhood and definitely are not keeping track of their subcontractors. They hired Ironcore Drilling as their sub and things went horribly. It took them 5 days to trench our yard when they said it would take 2. Every day they left the gates open and trash in our yards. Our dogs got out when they left gate open and when one of our dogs got a hold of their trash in the yard they got sick. They also left... read more
Not only will they ruin your sprinkler system, they cant set a box properly to save their lives. Clearly a "lowest bidder" type of company and the quality of their work reflects that.
This company does extremely shady work when burying cables for CenturyLink and Lumen. They take zero accountability for property damage and will bury lines well outside the approved easement(1.5 FT in my neighbors yard) just to get the job done. In our case, they damaged our fence and our irrigation system in multiple places, and we're not even customers of CenturyLink.
