Great nails, bad business practices. I was turned away for being too busy and told I needed to make an appointment so I did 5 days prior. Got there a bit early so I expected to wait, what I didn’t expect was to have my nails wrapped to “soak” for 25 minutes while another customer was squeezed in to have their nails done with a same day appointment with Kevin. When asked why I was having to wait so long I was brushed off like it was no big deal and I’d have to wait while they soaked anyhow.. which is true.. but not 25 min!! M... read more
Staff needs to work on better customer service when answering the phone gave me the impression that rhwy have no interest in scheduling appointments
1 star I honestly wanna say DON'T go to this place when the nail tech put on my nails THE GLUE STUCK TO MY SKIN! So never everrr go to this place idkk if It's the kind of glue Also they put A TIP OF THE NAIL ON MY FINGER NAIL AND I HATE IT.
Firstly, I rarely write reviews. However this experience was so terrible that I felt compelled to. I came in to remove my dip powder and get a new dip powder manicure. I get dip manicures every month and know the usual routine to get a manicure done. I usually don’t come to this salon but I was next door and decided to stop in. The previous dip was done on my natural nails and had grown fairly long. The lady had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone for 3-5 minutes.
