I reached out through their website to confirm the price of a used ******* I contacted the sales team on a posted price for a used ****** Sentra. My Only requirement was to pay for the entire purchase on my AMEX credit card for which I would pay the fees and or charges. I asked him to confirm if I can charge the entire amount (again through email) and ***** responded through email and confirmed they would accept the cost of the vehicle on credit card. Service advisor ******* attempted to charge me for things I did not need and ran up a bill over twelve thousand dollars because he thought it was an insurance claim. Tried to charge me **** for factory wheels WITHOUT tires. The wheels are 300 each online. Openly admitted to me that they commit insurance fraud.

My son dropped off his 2020 Hellcat Dodge Charger to be serviced and a few days later it was stolen. Management has been very nonchalant and non empathetic. No one has called to speak with him about the next steps or compensation. The general manager has been rude and now refuses to speak with him. The vehicle is high profile so he requested for it to be inside while it awaits repairs however his request was not followed.The next day the vehicle was stolen.

This dealership has some of the rudest people working there. I called because I needed a key code to be able to have a copy of my sons jeep keep made. I explained that he lived out of town and I did not want him to be stranded if he lost his only key. The parts manager was so rude and refused to get me a code. I will never use this dealership for anything ever again. I will drive out of my way to use another dealership that is more friendly.

Yup I have experienced the bait and switch here too. Be especially weary if you are a woman or young person. They take advantage of you and slip in things you did not ask for. I am disgusted by the predatory tactics. The higher *** have no integrity.When you go to a dealer for service, you expect to pay more. BUT you also expect it to be done correctly and them to be honest about the problem. This place is full of corruption and also appears to do shoddy work.

Took my vehicle in for a check engine light, it took 10 days to replace a MAF and do an EGR Cooler recall (Total repair labor book time 5 hours). Got my truck back and less than 24 hours later, there was coolant in the oil and I need a new motor. Coincidence? I DON'T THINK SO! The day we picked our truck up, we had called and complained to the General Manager (Danny) because it was still not ready ( already had the truck for 10 days and had promised several times it would be ready the next day) and they wanted to keep it ano... read more

The engine had already overheated twice at the selling dealer and they did coolant system repairs. The extent that it overheated is unknown. However we do know that the oil is heavily contaminated with coolant. It is unrelated to the recall we performed. The customer further confirmed our diagnosis that coolant was in the oil by sending an oil sample off to a lab. The lab confirmed the presence of coolant in the oil. THIS DEALERSHIP RUINED MY CAR. I took my car to this dealership on May 26th. I made an appointed for that day at 4 pm. I got there and there was nobody to greet you and guide you through the whole process. After 10 minutes of me wondering around Nicole finally showed up. Dealer has only seen this vehicle once. It was previously misdiagnosed by her friend mechanic who placed three parts on this car for overheating. Three repair attempts by independent with vehicle running hot. Customer then drove 8.7 miles to dealer with overheating car. Dealer recommended starting with a fan replacement for a stored fan code in system. Customer agreed. After installation dealer drove vehicle 1 mile total to find that vehicle needed additional work.
